As a family we love Procook but whilst I do a lot of shopping online I do think my local store at Bishops Stortford is great. Staff so friendly and approachable and the service is always top notch

Was served by a lively young lady who was very helpful her name was Evie, I had to call a couple of days later and she remembered serving me and sorted my issue. As I also work with the public I understand how a great review can make some one’s day so well done

The quality of the item is excellent. I was looking for a professional grade oven tray, as soon was tired of trays which eventually rusted despite their guarantees. There is a wide range of goods in the shop. Service was efficient and friendly

Bought a mandoline from ProCook. Good quality, sturdy and easy to use, and importantly good price. Safety features to protect fingertips from the cutting blade. And controls to change thickness and style of cuts.
Mandoline delivered wthin 48h after online orders. Well packaged, with plenty of padding in the delivery box. So, no broken bits.
Great experience using ProCook.

Brilliant shop that had everything we wanted. I can't remember the name of the staff member that served us but he was extremely helpful and wasn't pushy at all to force a sale. He helped us create our own little bundle and we were very happy with our purchase.

Staff were very supportive.And the layout and presentation of the shop was/is very good. Only negative thing was you didn't have the product that I was looking for...which was a large ,pure white serving bowl.

The staff were extremely helpful and I purchased a serrated knife, I was so pleased with the design and weight, nice and sharp with a useful cover; that I went back and bought another two, also the staff pointed out a deal that I was missing and this saved me money.

Very quick, simple experience in store, mainly due to the fact I knew what I wanted. However staff member acknowledged me and was quick to serve me at till point. I purchased a baking tray. This came in three different size options, was well made (made in Spain). The reason I have put where it was made is this helped in my decision to purchase. It was far superior in quality than other options available in store

Had been looking for an 8" non non-stick skillet for ages.
Chanced into the ProCook store looking for something else and was really impressed by the layout, the displays, & the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff (and the not-OTT prices).
Discussed my long-term search with the guy at the desk and he pointed out just the item.
(Great piece, works really well!).

Picked up a few kitchen bits for my daughter in here plus replaced my glass worktop protector. The staff were brilliant- warm, welcoming but also reminded me not to use it as a cutting board! I appreciate how accommodating the staff are which has been the case over the years I’ve shopped there. Customer service is second to none. Thank you.
