This was my first time booking with Yes Getaways. The staff were friendly, patient, experienced and responsive. Any questions I had were answered quickly by phone or email and with great detail. When booking, the travel advisor checked our hotels and confirmed they were in safe and convenient neighborhoods as we planned to walk or access local transit. I’m very satisfied with this company and would not hesitate to use them again for future travel.
I've used Yes Getaways twice for travel and have had fantastic experiences. They have been super responsive and supportive when an issue developed and fixed it right away. Their packages flexible and offer so many options. I look forward to my next trip with them or their family of companies!
Lost 2 days of vacation because flight was over booked and luggage was lost. I reached out to this agency as I booked through them and they did not assist with navigating this nightmare. Aer Europa and Yes Getaways have not offered any compensation to us regarding this debacle. We spent money out of pocket for clothes, taxis not to mention 2 whole days out of 9 at or dealing with airport nonsense. Not to mention having flight insurance which is an absolute joke! I am very disappointed in this company; I have used them in the past, but never again unless they right this wrong!

Contacted Yes holidays via TravelZoo for a Travel Tuesday package deal to Rome. Contact via phone was courteous, efficient and friendly. Arranged details and questions were answered quickly and effectively. Delivery of documents was immediate and follow-up emails have been clear with easy-to-navigate links for additional documents (passport info). Great service!

It would have been nice to know in advance that the advertised cost came with no luggage or seats (you must pay separately for each leg of the flight to even select the worst of the Economy seats or risk not sitting together which adds at least $120 per person to the cost).

Great value but not always great hotel selections. In Italy one of our hotels was up a mountain, requiring a $35-40 taxi fare to get into Cantania. Another was so small my husband and I had to switch off moving about the room.
