Anel is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in conflict resolution, organization development, and performance improvement. She excels in providing innovative and inclusive solutions for effective collaboration. With a diverse background in HR, Anel has successfully tackled challenges in various industries such as film, technology, hospitality, healthcare, and sales & marketing.

Anel's key strengths lie in her compassion and empathy, which enable her to build genuine and deep relationships with those she assists. She is committed to continuous growth and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and a Master's degree in Human Resources Analytics and Management from American University. Anel is a Senior Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resources Management and actively participates in professional organizations to stay connected with the global HR community. She is also an MTI Certified Workplace Mediator and Conflict Resolution Trainer.

Outside of work, Anel enjoys spending time with her family and embarking on motorcycle adventures in the scenic mountains of Northern New Hampshire.
