Wasted about an hour trying to take surveys. I would get a few questions in and be booted out because I don't qualify for them so I only have the $1 from the initial one, but can't cash out until you've got $5 minimum. Complete waste of time and wouldn't be surprised if other reviews were fake.

If I could give them a zero I would it took me an hour just to find the review spot. I can still screenshots if you’d like if you have complaints about my review the fact the matter is I’ve been on since December 24 and I’ve made four dollars and I’ve not been able to finish one survey pass that four dollars because every time I start a survey they tell me I’m qualified for a survey And this is BS. I’ve spent endless hours giving surveys to earn hay’s and earned four dollars. Screw you I’m out..

The company makes it impossible to redeem. I have a redeemable amount and have verified identity, but now it wants me to verify again and the only available option is to ask for a postcard to be sent to me with a code on it.
What a scam.
It's an assessment I believe is accurate.

Hi Thomas, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. In most cases, a failed photo ID verification indicates that you tried to bypass the verification requirement by taking a picture of a picture of an ID, which is explicitly prohibited as per the instructions.

Every survey I spend 20-30 minutes on then don’t pay me directly to another survey at like .25 cents. Horrible way to do business. I taken plenty of surveys and still at 7$. The amount of time not worth it. It’s so frustrating that after all the time on a survey then at the end says your not a fit and direct you to another survey and same thing happens over and over! Terrible way to get extra cash!

I've tried a few survey sites and Earn Haus is the first one I've gotten paid through. I got a gift card it was fast and easy.
I reduced it to a 1 star because Earn Haus has 2 of my Surveys on hold, 1 survey I completed never should up, and now I'm unable to do any surveys even do they show that have plenty available.

I signed up for this survey service. The first time I used it, I earned $1 just for registering. The second time I tried to use it, I spent 1 hour and 22 minutes trying to get a survey. I was denied by every one I clicked on, with very few even asking any qualifying questions. I'd say I went thru 20 attempts and got maybe 3 or 4 that let me begin the survey, then kicked me out. There is no explanation given, just that you don't qualify. What a waste of time!

You guys didn't even respond to my questions. No one has emailed me back. I never received my credits for the surveys I've completed. I completed the questionnaires that weren't sent to me in email to finish the survey an claim my reward. I have emails an screen shots from the offers. Screen shots of the questionnaires being sent to me completed an submitted an still haven't received any credits for them.

You can improve on surveys being put under review, never a response from the review. It took me 3 times since September to collect 7.22. I will not continue to take surveys and not get paid.
