| EU CAP Network Workshop ‘Women-led innovations in agriculture and rural areas’ | The report from the workshop is now available to download. The workshop was held in Krakow, Poland, in April 2024 to demonstrate that farming and rural areas can be attractive places for women to develop business ideas. The aim was to empower women by exchanging knowledge, identifying successful initiatives and projects led by female innovators, and networking. |

| EU CAP Network Workshop ‘Circular water management’ report | The workshop took place in Seville (Spain) in March 2024. Participants shared innovative approaches and practices on circular water management considering the reuse and recycling of water for agricultural production. The participants took part in interactive discussions and also attended two field trips. |

The Circular Bio-Based Europe Joint Undertaking (CBE JU) showcases its achievements from 2023 | CBE JU is an EU partnership which boosts Europe's competitiveness in the bioeconomy sector, creating new green jobs and addressing environmental challenges. | EU Organic Awards – discover the winners | The EU Organic Day was held on 23 September to highlight excellence across the organic value chain and announce the winners of the third EU Organic Awards. The awards aim to reward the best and most innovative organic actors. Winners included Reinhild Frech-Emmelmann in the Female Farmer category, specialising in organic, GMO-free seeds, with over 800 seed-resistant varieties, promoting sustainable farming across Europe. |
