Description: The services to be covered under the framework contract aim at supporting the JUs with the preparation, organisation and execution of events (both in-person and virtual). Events may include conferences, workshops, seminars, site visits, press briefings, demonstrations, exhibitions and virtual events such as webinars and live studio events.

The Clean Aviation Joint Undertaking (CAJU) is subject to the provisions of the CAJU Financial Rules as well as the Regulation (EU) 2018/1046 on the financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
Operational calls for tenders and administrative procurement procedures of the CAJU are launched and implemented in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 7 of ‘Implementation of the budget of the CAJU’ of the CAJU Financial Rules.
Please note that depending on the type of procurement procedures, tenders must be submitted either via the electronic submission system (e-Submission), accessed from the Funding & Tender Opportunities website or via email to the CAJU’s procurement functional mailbox (procurement@clean-aviation.eu).
