Install the Apple Music Classical app
Before you can listen to music in the Apple Music Classical app , you need to have both the Apple Music Classical app and the Apple Music app
installed on your device. The Apple Music app is preinstalled on iPhone and iPad. You also need to subscribe to Apple Music. Apple Music Classical is free with your Apple Music subscription.
Note: You can subscribe to Apple Music or Apple One, which includes Apple Music and other services. Apple Music and Apple One aren’t available in all countries or regions. See the Apple Support article Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One.
Install the Apple Music Classical app on iPhone or iPad
You can install Apple Music Classical on any iPhone with iOS 16 or later, or any iPad with iPadOS 16 or later.

Go to the App Store app
on your iPhone or iPad.
Note: The availability of the App Store varies by country or region. See the Apple Support article Availability of Apple Media Services.
Search for Apple Music Classical
, then tap Get.
If necessary, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode to install the app.
If you need to subscribe to Apple Music, go to the Apple Music Classical app
Install and set up the Apple Music Classical app on Android
You can install Apple Music Classical on any Android device with Android 9.0 (Pie) or later. After you install the Apple Music Classical app, you need to install the Apple Music app, and connect the two apps.
Note: To update your Android device, open the Settings app and search for Software Update or System Update.
Go to the Google Play Store on your Android device.
Search for Apple Music Classical
If you need to install the Apple Music app
, go to the Google Play Store.
If you haven’t already, subscribe to Apple Music.
Go to the Apple Music Classical app on your Android device.
Tap Home, tap
, tap Settings, then tap Connect to Apple Music.
