Add contacts while using FaceTime on Mac
When you make or receive a FaceTime call from someone who’s not in Contacts, FaceTime may make a suggestion about who it is and supply additional contact info so you can create a card for the person in Contacts.
In the FaceTime app
on your Mac, click All or Missed.
If a caller is listed with just a phone number or email address, click the Info button
(or use the Touch Bar), enter the person’s info, then click Create. (If a call is labeled with “Maybe,” click Add To Contacts, then enter the contact details.)
For information about updating contact info, see Update contact information.
