View account totals using your domain in Apple Business Manager
After a domain has been verified and no Managed Apple Accounts from another organization use the domain, Apple Business Manager performs daily scans for existing Apple Accounts using the domain. If any are found, the account totals are shown in the details view of each domain.
Before you proceed, you should carefully review the number of Apple Accounts. For example, an organization may have allowed users to create personal Apple Accounts using their domain for the last 10 years. Apple doesn’t provide any details about these accounts.
Important: Some of the domain options available to your organization may impact users who have personal Apple Accounts using the organization’s domain.
