HotSpot 2.0 MDM settings for Apple devices
You can configure HotSpot 2.0 settings for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV devices enrolled in a mobile device management (MDM) solution. HotSpot 2.0 settings permit the device to automatically connect to specified HotSpot 2.0 Wi-Fi networks. The settings in the following table must match the requirements of the HotSpot 2.0 network.
You can use the settings in the table below with the Wi-Fi or Ethernet payloads.

Security Type | Select an authentication method for the network. Connections are allowed only to networks that support the type you select. You can choose:

Password | Enter the password for joining the HotSpot 2.0 network, if applicable. If you leave this blank and the network requires a password, users are asked to enter it the first time a connection is established.
