如果你的 Apple Remote（鋁殼或白色）無法正常使用

如果你的遙控器無法正常使用，請瞭解該怎麼處理。

Apple TV（第 2 代和第 3 代）隨附 Apple Remote（鋁殼），而 Apple TV（第 1 代）隨附 Apple Remote（白色）。

請先嘗試以下步驟

  1. 更換遙控器的電池。

  2. 將 Apple TV 從牆壁電源插座拔除。等至少六秒後，重新插回電源線。

將遙控器連接 Apple TV

  1. 中斷 Apple Remote 與 Apple TV 的連結。在 Apple Remote 上，按住 Menu（選單）和左側按鈕六秒。然後在 Apple TV 上，查看遙控器圖像上方是否出現「中斷連結」圖像「中斷連結」圖像。

  2. 將 Apple Remote 連接至 Apple TV。在 Apple Remote 上，按住 Menu（選單）和右側按鈕六秒。然後在 Apple TV 上，查看遙控器圖像上方是否出現「連結」圖像「連結」圖像。
