Prevent Last.fm Scrobbles from Specific Spotify Playlists

Is there a way to prevent scrobbles from specific playlists on Spotify?

For instance, I have a Spotify playlist of songs for my young child, which gets played frequently. I do not want plays from that specific Playlist to be scrobbled to my Last.fm account.

You could enable a private session in Spotify each time you play music for your kid, or simply delete the related artists from your Last.fm library at once afterwards.
