ISSUE

Starting in classic Outlook Version 2407 Build 17827.15010, the Outlook Team removed the junk filtering options from the Junk Email Options.  Since that change, we have had some reports that filtering is still running based on the settings previously selected by the user or admin policies.

STATUS: FIXED 

The Outlook Team made a change to the service on October 18th, 2024, that reverts the original change.  The junk filtering in Junk Email Options is again available in classic Outlook.  After the Outlook Team fixes the bug that will ensure all client junk filtering is disabled, the change will be re-enabled and all of the junk filtering options in Junk Email Options will be removed again.  We will update this topic when that change is implemented.   

Another option to disable all junk filtering in classic Outlook is to set the registry key below. After this change, all junk filtering is done on the service side.
