Currently, the Lists mobile app does not support personal Microsoft accounts (hotmail, outlook.com, live.com, msn.com). You must be a member of an organization that has an Office 365 or Microsoft 365 commercial subscription that includes SharePoint.

Currently, the Lists mobile app also does not support sovereign clouds. Support for sovereign clouds is coming later.
Where to get the app
View your data on Lists home

Open the Lists app.

Tap My Lists.

Alternately, browse Recent lists and tap the one you want to open.
