  • We have seen cases where with Hybrid FIDO2 sign-in on Windows 10 devices, the first time the key is used, the login fails, but succeeds upon retry. A fix for this is scheduled to be released as part of Jan C release or Feb B release (patch Tuesday).
  • Win11 22H2 with November 2022 update fixes all known cached sign-in issues.

If you are still experiencing issues (Win11) or issues of a different nature (Win10), please open a support ticket. Only analysis of debug logs can tell conclusively what the root cause is.
