I still don't get it. To summarize.
- Copilot Control System is on the top.
- Copilot Analytics is part of Copilot Control System.
- Viva Insights is part of Copilot Analytics.
- Where is Copilot Business Impact report located?
What happens with the Viva Insights license, or the product in the Viva Suite? Is Viva Insights then soon renamed to Copilot Analytics?
And don't forget, there is already a product "Copilot Analytics for Dynamics 365 Customer Service". Google for Copilot Analytics, it's one of the first results.
It would be much easier if you would draw your new product structure.
