Natalia Nemkovich - you're correct in pointing out that once a user views an announcement in Outlook, it will be marked as seen for them and hence the seen by count increases by 1 for the announcement. Would it be possible for you to share the "Monthly analytics" report you're referring to here? Is it sent by Yammer or an O365 level report? If you can dm me a screenshot of the report that will be super helpful. Thanks!
