the new version lacks any multi monitor support and the standard set up in our company for office staff is a laptop, dock and dual monitors. Many of the users, including myself have Outlook on the secondary monitor and it opens emails on the primary monitor. You can then minimise some emails to the windows taskbar and deal with them during the day. Outlook itself can be minimised or covered by other apps during the day but you can still get to the minimised emails without having to see outlook itself.

The ability to insert screenshots / clipping from the Insert tab is also gone. This feature is used a lot by staff when creating procedural, software and support documentation.
