You quite clearly promised 12 months of notice before anyone was forcibly moved to the new Outlook. Suddenly, you are starting to move Business Standard and Premium on Jan 6, which is basically no notice. That is not OK! You lied.

And no, the new Outlook is nowhere ready for primetime. And it never will be. I don't want to see Edge's download UI when I save an attachment. I don't want to use a thinly camouflaged web app. I want a proper, native app - like you have on the Mac!
