Roberto_Bojorquez, I agree with Joe Fedorowicz that there is a very strong need to have guests that are not part of the group.  Why create another group, and all the related sprawl, when you can use exsting ones...if you could add guests (both internal AND external) to the board.  Although I understand the decisions to build boards on top of 365 groups, there definitely needs to be some flexibility outside of that group.  So, consider this +1 from me (and a +100 from our clients) on this one.
