Hey friends and esteemed colleagues, Recently came across the January '24 CSP/NCE price list and noticed that Sales Copilot isn't there. Also noticed that I can't find it for manual purchase under M365 Admin in a tenant of mine. The SKU was definitely in the December '23 price list. Can you attempt to replicate on your end and let us know your findings? Wondering if something is up. Thank you in advance.914Views2likes3CommentsCopilot for Sales Adoption Tracking & Success KPIs
As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.Copilot for Sales Outlook addin error
I have admin-deployed Copilot for Sales via M365 Intergrated App process. After about a week, we started getting dozens of users with an error message in the sidepane within Outlook. It simply states "We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly." I have tried to compare users who have the issue vs users who don't have the issue, but they appear to be on the same versions of Outlook (16.0.17531.20152). The addin was deployed on May 9th and issues started coming in around May 20th and I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to some users error. What is also confusing is the addin technically "works", it just constantly is generating that error every time they open a new emailSolved1.3KViews1like6CommentsOpportunity Details and Summary not showing up in Outlook

Just a heads up that we have an Azure AI Studio AMA coming up next week in Tech Community (Dec 14 at 9AM PT). Among other things, Azure AI Studio can be used to create custom copilots, so I thought it might be of interest to folks here. The purpose of this post is to inform you about a recent issue in the Viva Sales Outlook Side-Panel that customers might get exposed to. For additional information, review the following troubleshooting guide:Update add-in error in Viva Sales for Microsoft Outlook - Microsoft Support WHO IS AFFECTED? All Viva Sales users, including: Windows & Mac Users Outlook Web & Desktop Users User Installed & Admin Installed instances SYMPTOMS Viva Sales Outlook users will see an error indicating “An update to this add-in is available that requires your review and confirmation to install” when opening the Viva Sales Outlook Side-Panel, which ultimately blocks them from using Viva Sales (even though there are ways to get temporarily unblocked). Additionally, users can see an error message when scheduling a Teams Meeting, though we don’t have a consistent repro for this specific scenario. On the Outlook Web Client (OWA), when the user clicks the “Update” button it launches a new browser window and navigates to the “Viva Sales for Microsoft Outlook” screen on the “Add-Ins for Outlook” popup window. The user will still see the error message in the new browser window but see the Viva Sales Outlook Side-Panel in the original browser window. Upon refresh of the browser, the user will continue to see the original error message. On the Outlook Desktop Client, when the user clicks the “Update” button there is a subsequent error message indicating “The add-in is currently upgrading. Please chose the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments.”. Once the user closes the side-panel and re-opens it Viva Sales will temporarily work until the user closes/reopens the client, at which point the error re-occurs. ROOT CAUSE: This seems related to how the Outlook client handles certain type of version updates that include permission changes to the Viva Sales Outlook Add-In. We have since reverted the change back to minimize the customer impact of the issue. RESOLUTION & WORK AROUND: The issue will self-resolve for all tenants within the next 72 hours. In the interim, customers can mitigate the issue through the following means: For User Installed instances of Viva Sales, the user can simply un-install and re-install the add-in via the Outlook Add-In flow. For Admin Installed instances of Viva Sales, the admin has to un-install and re-install the add-in via the admin.microsoft.com portal. However, it will take 24 hours for the changes to take affect for all users.1.3KViews1like0CommentsMicrosoft Viva Sales AMA

Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that themsdyn_vivaPower Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. SteveAdd-in warning / "currently upgrading"
Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name). Curious if anyone is seeing this and/or has resolved it.3.5KViews1like11CommentsOutlook Plugin Not Loading
Hi I have recently enabled Viva Sales within Outlook desktop, however the app will not load with a debugging error as below. Line: 76 Error: Office.js has not fully loaded. Your app must call "Office.onReady()" as part of it's loading sequence (or set the "Office.initialize" function). If your app has this functionality, try reloading this page. The plugin works fine within OWA. Regards Alan4.3KViews1like7Comments
