Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name). Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that themsdyn_vivaPower Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? Hi I have recently enabled Viva Sales within Outlook desktop, however the app will not load with a debugging error as below. Line: 76 Error: Office.js has not fully loaded. I have admin-deployed Copilot for Sales via M365 Intergrated App process. After about a week, we started getting dozens of users with an error message in the sidepane within Outlook. It simply states "We can't start this add-in because it isn't set up properly." I have tried to compare users who have the issue vs users who don't have the issue, but they appear to be on the same versions of Outlook (16.0.17531.20152). The addin was deployed on May 9th and issues started coming in around May 20th and I can't seem to find any rhyme or reason to some users error. Hi, I have added the Viva Sales app to outlook and it appears to work beautifully. Great app 🙂 However I can add the Viva Sales app to Teams and add it to a chat window but when I send a contact it never expands. I can still link to the Dynamics record but I never see the expanded window in the chat with with the customer details. The power platform trial environment was create by first user, its there "msdyn_viva". new users that were added with licenses cant login to salesforce - it gives error saying it cant create the trial power platform environment. - they are not suppose to be creating a new environment, its already there we have users using sales copilot fine for last 2 months.. why is it that these net new users are attempting to create a new power platform during sign in? the only change was Microsoft change our license to be displayed as "DO NOT USE - Microsoft Sales Copilot"...why would Microsoftput this in the licenses name; there is no other changes in our environment..1.1KViews0likes4CommentsHow to enable sales copilot to specific users
