Unable to see the Contract & custom Salesforce object records using Microsoft Copilot for Sales
Hi, We could see the Opportunity records of the Accounts from Salesforce on outlook using Microsoft CoPilot for Sales. But unable to see the Contract & custom Salesforce object records related to that account. We have provided all the required permissions to the objects (entities - Opportunity, Contract & custom objects) Via Permission Sets on Salesforce. We are working on high priority POC for one of our customers. Please help us on this? Thanks Santosh
Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Dear all, I'm new in the journey of A.I. knowledge and have some doubts: 1. When I buy a license of Microsoft Copilot, the Sales Copilot "feature" is included or do I need to buy two different licences/products? 2. Do I need to use Dynamics 365 orSalesforce to have the Sales Copilot? I use another CRM that have an API, is it possible to make Sales Copilot and my CRM work together? 3. If I can't integrate my CRM and the Sales Copilot, it still make sense to have it? Thank you in advance for your comments!
User getting msdyn_crmconnection permission error while opening in outlook
Admin deployed the viva sales app. but the user having sales person role already and trying to launch the viva sales addin but getting prvreadmsdyn_crmconenction you do not have permission to access msdyn_crmconnection recods. Reach out d365 admin.Viva Sales Teams meeting summary not working
Good morning all, I've got Viva Sales working great for adding contacts into Dynamics but the Teams meeting summary integration seems to be missing for me. I can add the tab to a Teams Meeting but when I try to activate it, I get the following error: Can’t create a meeting summary Summaries are created when meetings are recorded and transcribed. Ask your admin to turn on transcription for Teams meetings. Teams meeting recording and transcription is working fine, but no luck with Viva Sales. I also noticed that themsdyn_vivaPower Platform environment has not been created so I suspect that there was an issue with the initial setup. Appreciate any help. SteveOutlook Plugin Not Loading
Hi I have recently enabled Viva Sales within Outlook desktop, however the app will not load with a debugging error as below. Line: 76 Error: Office.js has not fully loaded. Your app must call "Office.onReady()" as part of it's loading sequence (or set the "Office.initialize" function). If your app has this functionality, try reloading this page. The plugin works fine within OWA. Regards Alan
Add-in warning / "currently upgrading"
Hi All -- I'm enjoying my test/experiment with Viva Sales (Preview) + D365 integration in Outlook. I appreciate the modern/streamlined experience. This week I got a notice that the plugin was being upgraded and I'm seeing across multiple machines the same error -- "Add-in Warning This add-in is currently upgrading. Please close the current message or appointment, and re-open in a few moments." 1) I try closing and reopening, with no improvemnet 2) I've reproduced the problem on multiple machines (only 1 user account though) 3) The warning task pane for the warning is a separate pane than the Viva Sales (Preview) pane. Meaning, in my interface I have the email being drafted, a viva sales pane, and the add-in warning pane. 4) I've approved & re-approved the add-in via the app installer site (I forget its exact name). Curious if anyone is seeing this and/or has resolved it.
Missing Viva Sales Bot
Hello, We have installed the new Viva Sales preview. The functionality is working in Outlook recognizing my contact as a customer. The Outlook Teams meeting also recognizes the contact as a customer and the Viva Sales tab was added to the meeting. The meeting was recorded with transcription, but I'm still not getting the Viva Sales bot with the meeting summary. I've read through thisUse Viva Sales in Teams (microsoft.com). I'm just not sure what I'm missing. Thanks.
sales copilot saleforce integration queries
Our client would like to use co-pilot for sales and plugin to Salesforce. They have asked the following: Can the integration access all Salesforce data, or can you do field level sync? Does Microsoft get access to the data via co-pilot or is everything encrypted even from Microsoft? Is any data stored by Microsoft or is it wiped after each query?
Microsoft Sales Co-pilot promotional emails being sent to all users
Since yesterday, all users in my environment are getting an email fromemail address removed for privacy reasonswith the subject "Start selling better, faster, and more intelligently with Microsoft Sales Co-pilot". We only have a very small number of users who work with "sales" type activities. We have Microsoft communications to end users disabled in MAC and have switched offMicrosoft Sales Co-pilot as much as we can via MAC. We setup an exchange rule to block the subject"Start selling better, faster, and more intelligently with Microsoft Sales Co-pilot" and it seems some are still getting through as Microsoft alternate the spelling of the word "co-pilot" to "copilot"! Is anyone else experiencing this? I raised a ticket with MS Support who could not help"Kindly understand that my support scope doesn't give me access to know why such promotional email are sent after settings are turned off." Hi, I have added the Viva Sales app to outlook and it appears to work beautifully. Great app 🙂 However I can add the Viva Sales app to Teams and add it to a chat window but when I send a contact it never expands. I can still link to the Dynamics record but I never see the expanded window in the chat with with the customer details. ThanksOutlook Plugin Error
We have started testing Viva Sales and we have one user where the Viva Sales panel in Outlook is blank, they are not able to link to our Salesforce CRM. It does work normally for 5 other users. Has anyone come across this yet? After turning on debugging we are getting: Error line 76 office.js has not fully loaded
Cannot connect to my Dynamics 365 environment
Hi everyone, I cannot connect to my D365 CE environment within Outlook.
