Copilot Outlook addin - Tracking\ saving recurring Appointment
Hello, Is it possible to track a series of meetings in the Copilot add-in? In the Dynamics App for Outlook application, there was such an option, I can open the entire series and save it to Dynamics 365. In the copilot add-on, a message appears about the inability to track the reccuring meeting. In Copilot presentations, Microsoft indicates that all Dynamics App for Outllok functionalities are (or will be) included in Copilot. Does anyone know anything more about recurring meetings in Copliot Outlook ad in?
Copilot for Sales - tracking a Reply to already sent email
Dear all, Saving emails with Copilot for Sales form Outlook works as intended except in once case. When a sales person first sends an email to a CRM contact - it will be tracked in CRM. If there is no response the Sales will reply to that same email (that is already saved in CRM) to the same CRM contact person - which should be the same thread, but that Replay email is not being saved in CRM. The Sales would have to go and save it manually again. Is there a reason for this? Thank you Kind regards JasminaSalesforce agent copilot chat window - how to implement?
check out this "agent copilot" chat window inside of salesforce: i got this screenshot from our Microsoft sme - but in turn i have yet to receive any step-by-step on how to enable this in our salesforce cloud or if this agent copilot chat window is even possible? as there is no Microsoft article i can find describing this. even talked to the SME that gave the screenshot and all she sent was article on how to setup copilot sales in outlook and teams. so i ask this community - have you seen this salesforce copilot chat window and how do you implement this??

However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this. Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively. Hi We successfully installed SalesCopilot in Outlook and connected it to our Dynamics 365 CRM. The issue appears when we try to save an email in CRM using using SalesCopilot. Hi, If a contact/opportunity field is being updated from outlook and once submitted, SF rejects the update due to some validation rules he has configured in SF (could be some dependency rule for example). How does it reflect in outlook? Do we see an error message in outlook for the failure of this update? Maybe the SF error message is being sent back to outlook as a popup message? Please clarify...
Can't create a meeting summary issue
We are working with one of our sales teams to evaluate Copilot for Sales. Everyone on the team is set up the same but one particular user is seeing the error message "Can't create a meeting summary". The Sales tab is visible in Teams and but had to be added manually. The other users had the Sales tab appear without any intervention and the Meeting Summaries are being created without any issue. Copilot for Sales works perfectly fine in Outlook and also Dynamics so I am stumped as to the issue. Any suggestions?
Microsoft Dynamics Opportunities and Leads?
Hi, I am new to the Sales Copilot AI setup. I have been watching videos and have seen that contacts can be added to the CRM system fairly easily. Can you also make someone a lead from Outlook, through Sales Copilot, to the CRM system with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise License? Also, can you create opportunities the same way or is it a simple you can add leads/contacts to opps and edit opps kinda thing? I am fairly certain opportunities can't be created, but I did see something about the leads. Not able to add specific record type to Dynamic 365 Sales using Sales Co-pilot
Hi Team I am using Sales Copilot in outlook to add record types to my Dynamic 365 Sales instance. I am able to add new "contact" but its not showing me an option to add another record type i.e. "organization" Also, I don't see a check-box to allow new organisations to be created directly from Sales Copilot.
