Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management Attach CSP Legacy subscriptions "Auto renews on"
This pertains to CSP Legacy subscriptions Dynamics 365 Finance (36 mo) and Supply Chain Management Attach (36 mo). I just noticed that these subscriptions are showing as "Auto renews on" in Partner Center. Since there are 3-year offers of the same products in NCE I assumed there was a migration path and would be migrated automatically at the end of term. I'm looking for confirmation that they will actually renew as-is as Legacy offers. Thanks in advance.

If a customer has already ordered regular licenses through Enterprise Agreement, but decided to go with CSP and use B2C promo, is it possible to order B2C through CSP? Or the requirement for customer is to not have any D365 licenses on their tenant? One of the requirement in the B2C FAQ is - customer must not have previously purchased the same online product via legacy CSP or NCE. Cloud Partner Portal API to Partner Center submission API migration question
Hello there! I'm migrating Partner Center integration from the Cloud Partner Portal API (CPP) to the Partner Center submission API's because the first one has been deprecated. Now I am struggling to retrieve Azure Virtual Machine Offer Information. I need to retrieve Plan data but cannot find a suitable endpoint. How do I achieve that? Hello, unfortunately I (like many others apparently too) only get the message from employment verification that the verification has been rejected, although I have submitted all the necessary documents several times. Apparently, a WHOIS from DENIC, where all the necessary data is entered appropriately, is not sufficient! And yes, there is both the right company, me as the contact person and my e-mail address stored, just as the data is also entered in the Partner Center. Address data is also identical! I've already opened a ticket, but it's not moving forward there either! You just go around in circles and it always starts all over again! I have no idea what kind of documents are still required if even a WHOIS query is not enough!

Account Verification
Dear Jill and Members, I have been a Microsoft Partner for 10+ years now. In the past I never had any problems, and could renew membership offers year by year. Last year my address has changed and I decided to update my records. It took around 40 days, 10 uploaded documents, many support requests, community forum threads to get it sorted. This year nothing has changed, but I am facing the same issue. I wanted to renew my Action Pack. I clicked renew and even got an order id: 2414116719 requesting for the payment. Next day the order was gone. What would have happened if I send the money? After a while I figured out on the Legal info page that the "Employment verification" was rejected. No problem I thought, I will upload the invoice for my domain registration "dr-it.hu" for the year 2024. This is the domain I have registered for my account. This is what I uploaded last year as well, and finally got accepted. However I received the usual answer: Hello, Thank you for providing additional documents to our team for account verification. Upon review, we identified that the documents do not match the information you entered for your account. Entity/ Domain If it is not possible to provide additional documentation, please update your domain to match any legal documents already provided or your official Company registration details. Thank you, Vetting Operations Support. Why is that the same documents are not accepted this year, which were accepted after a 40 day struggle last year, because a different person checks it this time? Why is that every year I have a fear that my Partner account gets suspended/deleted. As I read through the posts, I am not alone with this problem.
