Call recording GA timeline?

Hi, the Azure Communication Services call recording feature described here has been in preview for a year now. Many of our customers are eager to invest in ACS online meetings capabilities due to new remote work and remote sales needs introduced by COVID pandemic but due to lawful restrictions, the call recording feature is a must-have and an absolute deal breaker.

I know that estimation and keeping a live, up to date roadmap is challenging and uncomfortable but can we get any kind of ETA for the call recording feature for ACS? We have to provide our customers with any reasonable ETA, otherwise they will soon move on to other online meeting providers.

Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.

 

So far, we are extremely happy with the ACS service, it is very intuitive, delivers high quality SDKs and implements all the newest Azure standards such as Managed Service Identity or consumption-based pricing combined with autoscaling. We would gladly introduce more and more of our customers to the ACS capabilities but we need the call recording feature to expand our market.
