Limited Dates and Times for Bookings (Non-Recurring)

Hi there!

I am looking for help to set limited dates and times available to book. I am conducting interviews for staff and need my fellow interviews have limited dates/times they're available over the next few weeks. They are also outside of my organization, so setting up their calendar doesn't work. 

For example, one staff member is available Jan 27 1-6pm, Feb 3 4-6pm, etc. And the other staff members will also have schedules that fluctuate like that. I.e. it will not be recurring week to week when they are available. 

Is there a way to set this up in Bookings?
