Sorry to hear that you are having problems connecting, are you seeing this problem with Outlook Desktop or Outline online? Could you share the steps you took to get to this error?

I have the same problem. Works well on the web (browser) but fails in the new Outlook desktop app on Windows 11. It worked for a while and now shows the error.
Removing and re-adding my work account did not help.

Jan_Havel I had the same issue, but then switched back to the old look in the Outlook app and it fixed the issue.

Switching back to the old look did remove the error message and Sales Copilot started working fine.
When I switched back to the new look and immediately tried, the Copilot would hang on starting (without showing an error). After a system restart, the error message in the new look came back.
