Cannot connect to my Dynamics 365 environment

Hi everyone,

 

I cannot connect to my D365 CE environment within Outlook. It provides an error:

I am admin (tenant and sys admin on the Dynamics environment with the role as well) and is does not connect. What should I do now?

    Sorry to hear that you are having problems connecting, are you seeing this problem with Outlook Desktop or Outline online? Could you share the steps you took to get to this error?

      I have the same problem. Works well on the web (browser) but fails in the new Outlook desktop app on Windows 11. It worked for a while and now shows the error.

       

      Removing and re-adding my work account did not help.

        Jan_Havel I had the same issue, but then switched back to the old look in the Outlook app and it fixed the issue.
