Copilot for Sales configuration error with Outlook
Hello - I am having a challenge from Outlook to Copilot for Sales. Steps I am taking:
1. in Outlook, click on Copilot for Sales add in
2. click on save email to Dynamics 365.
3. Get an error message (attached below)
Please advise. I am following the steps in the docs site Fix mailbox errors in Dynamics 365 - Copilot for Sales | Microsoft Learn but following the steps is not resolving the issue.

Are you "Authenticated" and do you have the correct Role based entitlement to append an activity to the correct record?
Is the service account that copilot is using setup correctly with the correct licensing and Role Based Entitlements?- ScottlerMicrosoft
Anne_Stanton Thanks for the reply. It was a "module" that I needed to add and have the Exchange administrator approve. I am all set now!

Hi Scottler,
I am getting the same error. I have approved, test and enabled the mailbox in Dynamics.
What "module" had to be added? Did the Exchange Admin approve the mailbox or adding the module.
