Sales CoPilot - Email Attachments dont appear in timeline when saving the email to D365 from Outlook
Hi
Currently having some trouble seeing attachments associated to the email in the Timeline related to the record I am saving the email to. Has anyone else experiences this? is this a product limitation or is there a setting that needs to be turned on somewhere?
Thanks in advance
Aysen
- Hey Aysen, Sales Copilot does not save attachments to CRM when an email is saved. This is a known limitation in the app today. This is in our roadmap and we expect to get to it in a future release (but no dates to share yet.)

Bharath Varadarajan Is there already more information about the development of this functionality?

Is there any update on if and when this update would be added to Copilot? Our organization sees this feature as a significant value add.
Thank you,
