Send rich text email notifications in Dynamics Sales
Dear All,
I'm new to Dynamics Sales and this is my first post here.
I have a requirement from my client to send rich text email notifications through a sequence in Dynamics Sales. However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications.
Is there a way to enable rich text formatting for email notifications in Dynamics Sales, or are there any workarounds or third-party solutions that can achieve this?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

- This can be done, because I have been on a project where we did it, but I can't remember all of the steps. Consider having a custom entity that contains your dynamic html content and fields that control which content to choose for something like a banner header. Then use this data as part of your Power Automate (flow) when compiling the e-mail.
