Dear all, Saving emails with Copilot for Sales form Outlook works as intended except in once case. When a sales person first sends an email to a CRM contact - it will be tracked in CRM. If there is no response the Sales will reply to that same email (that is already saved in CRM) to the same CRM contact person - which should be the same thread, but that Replay email is not being saved in CRM. Dear all, I'm new in the journey of A.I. knowledge and have some doubts: 1. When I buy a license of Microsoft Copilot, the Sales Copilot "feature" is included or do I need to buy two different licences/products? 2. Do I need to use Dynamics 365 orSalesforce to have the Sales Copilot? I use another CRM that have an API, is it possible to make Sales Copilot and my CRM work together? 3. I have a customer considering Viva Sales, they've now seen the ChapGT capabilities, but it's not something that they would wish to turn on at the outset. Are the ChatGPT capabilities optional and is there a configuration to turn off this functionality?Solved
