We use MS Bookings API to create virtual appointments. A customer schedules an appointment using our mobile app. Our representative receives an email notification with a link to join the appointment via MS Teams, while the customer does it via our app. I am trying to figure out how to allow the representative to cancel the appointment. I would like to provide a link for cancellation in the email notification, so the representative would not need to go to the MS bookings calendar. Hi All, I created a service availability only on 2 days: on 4 March and 25 March on the Service page. However, when checking the booking calendar, both days are greyed out as not available for booking. Staff is assigned and available during business hours on those days. Can you advise? I am looking to create a calendar that any colleague can review available mentor (1:1) sessions and book in when available. However, i want the availability to be defined by appointments we create, not set availability in someones calendar. I did the following: Created bookings page Created a service; with max attendance of 1; online meeting Assigned myself as the staff click on service; book appointment, and select a few available slots However, when i then view the booking page, there is no slot availability left for a 'customer' to book on so does not show on the booking page. I therefore did the same as above, but with max attendance of 2. This was now visible on the bookings page, but 2 customers could book on, which is not what i want, as just want 1:1 sessions. I have just created a new service of 55 minute appointments. When I book appointments, they appear under the Service as "1 out of 3 seats booked" etc, however they do not show on the calendars. I have checked the Service Calendar, the Staff Calendar and the overall Calendar with all filters removed, and there are no appointments anywhere. I used the Bookable When Staff are Free option on my Services and I now need to change the hours some of my staff work. When I go to edit their hours, I click on Save and the circle whirls around, however when I go back in, the change has not been applied.
