SalesCopilot Save from Outlook to D365CRM - error message
Hi We successfully installed SalesCopilot in Outlook and connected it to our Dynamics 365 CRM. The issue appears when we try to save an email in CRM using using SalesCopilot. Microsoft Dynamics Opportunities and Leads?
Hi, I am new to the Sales Copilot AI setup. I have been watching videos and have seen that contacts can be added to the CRM system fairly easily. Can you also make someone a lead from Outlook, through Sales Copilot, to the CRM system with a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise License? Also, can you create opportunities the same way or is it a simple you can add leads/contacts to opps and edit opps kinda thing? Sales Copilot vs. Microsoft Copilot
Dear all, I'm new in the journey of A.I. knowledge and have some doubts: 1. When I buy a license of Microsoft Copilot, the Sales Copilot "feature" is included or do I need to buy two different licences/products? 2. Do I need to use Dynamics 365 orSalesforce to have the Sales Copilot? I use another CRM that have an API, is it possible to make Sales Copilot and my CRM work together? 3. If I can't integrate my CRM and the Sales Copilot, it still make sense to have it? Thank you in advance for your comments!
Cannot connect to my Dynamics 365 environment
Hi everyone, I cannot connect to my D365 CE environment within Outlook. Sales Copilot in Dynamics CRM / Sales not available anymore.
Hi, I want to test the new sales copilot integration dynamics CRM. I could activate this on the Sales Hub MDA and all works well. Since 2 weeks, the sales copilot didn't start anymore and I get no errors. I have asked our IT if there anything blocked. No answer. Who knows about this activation, is something missing or not available? Our environment is in the Swiss cloud. Thank you, Nico
