I'm interested in hearing about similar cases involving the forwarding of a Teams webinar invitation with registration, as opposed to sending a conventional Teams meeting invitation for a specific event in a large company. Company employees are used to a simple click to accept the global invitation. However, due to the need to send the invitation to several people, we are considering trying something different - the webinar invitation. We fear that introducing an additional step, namely registration, may result in fewer registrations. Do you have any ideas or real-life examples to share on this subject? Thank you! Hello dear community, I don't get why First name, Last name and Email are mandatory fields when creating a webinar for people in my org. From my unerstanding we already have the info and forcing them to double-encode their contact info is a waste of time. I would just want them to opt-in the webinar and maybe provide a glimpse on their expectation, but no dumb double encoding. Or at least we should have the information pre-filled... Hello! My team and I have been using the Teams webinar function to schedule customer-facing webinars. After the event, we like to share out the recording, but right now our organization has security measures in place so we are unable to share that file that shows within the chat after someone has recorded the meeting publically. Many of our users are currently on Outlook 2016 (Windows) and we are experiencing abnormal behavior with the body of Webinar .ICS meeting invites. Any help / feedback is greatly appreciated. After registering for an event and receiving the registration confirmation, we are opening the .ICS attachment in Outlook 2016 and seeing the textJoin Teams meeting: %%joinLink%%in the body. Hello, I'm producing a Teams Live event with 7 presenters and wanted to know a solution for the internal event group chat. I use the internal chat to alert presenters of the run-of-show, etc. The issue is when they're sent 'Live,' you can hear the ping of the internal chat echoing in the background. I searched for a solution (e.g. forums; YT) to this production concern and couldn't find one. Here are my questions: How do you silence or mute the internal event group chat?
