I am not being able to use Copilot for Sales. This is the error: Fix mailbox errors in Dynamics 365 Your mailbox and Dynamics 365 didn’t sync, so that will need to be fixed before your emails will auto-save again. Even doing step by step, this is the message - Appointments, contacts, and tasks can't be synchronized because the email address of the mailboxMichele Nakamura requires an approval by an Office 365 Global Administrator. As my organization rolls out Copilot for Sales starting with a champions cohort first and then team by team across our sales organization, we're planning what and how to track our success. There are OOTB reports for M365 Copilot adoption and great reports for D365 Sales usage, but we're not seeing any unique reports for Copilot for Sales. Has anyone developed best practices or repeatable patterns that could be used for this? In addition to simple DAU and MAU, we're planning to track more general RevOps metrics like deal velocity, win rate, lead to opportunity conversion rate, and qualification speed.Send rich text email notifications in Dynamics Sales
Dear All, I'm new to Dynamics Sales and this is my first post here. I have a requirement from my client to send rich text email notifications through a sequence in Dynamics Sales. However, I've noticed that Dynamics Sales only provides the option to compose plain text emails for notifications. Is there a way to enable rich text formatting for email notifications in Dynamics Sales, or are there any workarounds or third-party solutions that can achieve this? Hello everyone, I've been striving to implement Copilot for Sales within our sales team. However, it has come to my attention that the current opportunities we're encountering mainly involve renewals. We're exploring the possibility of integrating Copilot for Sales directly into Outlook to address this. Additionally, our Salesforce platform has customizations, including a parent-child relationship setup, which we're keen to leverage. We're seeking guidance on how to achieve this effectively. I've attached a screenshot of the opportunity creation process for reference. I've searched extensively online but haven't found relevant information. Hey friends and esteemed colleagues, Recently came across the January '24 CSP/NCE price list and noticed that Sales Copilot isn't there. Also noticed that I can't find it for manual purchase under M365 Admin in a tenant of mine. The SKU was definitely in the December '23 price list. Since yesterday, all users in my environment are getting an email fromemail address removed for privacy reasonswith the subject "Start selling better, faster, and more intelligently with Microsoft Sales Co-pilot". We only have a very small number of users who work with "sales" type activities. We have Microsoft communications to end users disabled in MAC and have switched offMicrosoft Sales Co-pilot as much as we can via MAC. We setup an exchange rule to block the subject"Start selling better, faster, and more intelligently with Microsoft Sales Co-pilot" and it seems some are still getting through as Microsoft alternate the spelling of the word "co-pilot" to "copilot"! Is anyone else experiencing this? I raised a ticket with MS Support who could not help"Kindly understand that my support scope doesn't give me access to know why such promotional email are sent after settings are turned off." Why are the Sales Co-Pilot team delivering emails to my end users ignoring communication preferencesin MAC?
