We have an issue similar to this post: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-bookings/choose-an-organiser-for-meetings-booked-in-bookings/m-p/3262100/thread-id/3321 We have a booking calendar which is set up with services that have group bookings slots with Teams links. The intention is for when these are booked, we can then break the group in to Breakout Rooms on the day. The problem is that in testing, we haven't found a way to actually allow us to use this option. The organiser of these meetings is the booking calendar itself from the links created, this being automated by the app. What I'd like to know is, has anyone who's been in a similar situation managed to find to either switch on Breakout rooms using the app, or allow the organiser to be swapped so we can manually do it? I'm just surprised if this is a general issue, because I would expect this feature to be used by organisations. Any ideas?405Views1like1CommentError Message When Clicking Link to Microsoft Bookings Page
We have a Public Microsoft Bookings page linked on our website to provide prospects with an option to schedule a call with our business development team. For the most part, this seems to be working fine. However we have been made aware that our link sometimes does not work. Is this because the end user does not have a Microsoft account? Below is an example of the screen that pops up when trying to click on the link.60Views0likes2CommentsMS Bookings Issue - Bookings adding an extra day to booking
Hello! For the most part, my organization's Bookings calendar works without issues, with the exception of one person. Every time this person creates a booking, the calendar always adds on one day to the booking. For example, a service is booked for all day Monday, but the calendar shows all day Monday AND Tuesday.. If a service is booked for all day Thursday, the calendar will show all day Thursday AND Friday, etc. This happens consistently with only person. Can anyone provide some insight? Their account is set up the exact same way as everyone else's account. Thanks!498Views0likes1CommentReceive the message “Microsoft Bookings is not activated for you” despite E1 license
Hello, We work with the E1 license (school). According to the MS page https://learn.microsoft.com/de-de/microsoft-365/bookings/bookings-overview?view=o365-worldwide the license for Bookings is included. Since it is not displayed, I would like to activate it via the M365 Admin Center --> Settings --> Organization settings--> Services (according to the support article in the Admin Center). However, the service is not listed. Why is the service not listed? Thanks for your help Wosch25Views0likes1CommentLimited Dates and Times for Bookings (Non-Recurring)
Hi there! I am looking for help to set limited dates and times available to book. I am conducting interviews for staff and need my fellow interviews have limited dates/times they're available over the next few weeks. They are also outside of my organization, so setting up their calendar doesn't work. For example, one staff member is available Jan 27 1-6pm, Feb 3 4-6pm, etc. And the other staff members will also have schedules that fluctuate like that. I.e. it will not be recurring week to week when they are available. Is there a way to set this up in Bookings?7Views0likes0CommentsCustomizing Email Notifications in Microsoft Bookings
I am seeking guidance on the following aspects of Microsoft Bookings: Email Dispatch Mechanism: How Microsoft Bookings sends emails to clients (appointment confirmation, before-meeting email, after-meeting email)? Under the hood, does it utilize Microsoft Graph to schedule and send these emails? Custom Email Templates: I aim to bypass the default email notifications and implement customized templates for client communications. Is it possible to disable the standard email-sending feature in Microsoft Bookings and instead trigger my custom email workflow, perhaps using Microsoft Graph or another method?42Views1like1CommentMicrosoft Bookings Reschedule Link
Hello, Is there a way to obtain the reschedule link that is set to the client booking an appointment so I can include it in other communications sent? I receive a link to the meeting but not the reschedule link. I've looked in the outlook meta data for reference to the URL but I didn't see it there. We are having an issue when guests are booking themselves into an existing appointment intended for multiple guests - once booked they are given a confirmation page including an option to "cancel booking" - however instead of cancelling it just for them it cancels the whole booking. All other customers that are booked in are informed and the original booking is removed from the calendar. Have seen many other posts with the same issue - reports of it being fixed don't appear accurate. We tested the process today (13th Sep) and the issue is not fixed Thank you1.8KViews0likes12Comments
