Hello, We're using Office 365 we have problems on multiple iMacs with the Outlook app. The colors of the categories sometimes disappear en sometimes different colors are suddenly popping up. It's happening on older iMac as on new ones as well. After a fresh install sometimes it works again for a while but then they'll start disappearing again. Very annoying and more people seem to have the same problem. Now I want to set the categories in the office or exchange admin center, but I cannot find out where I could do this. Hopefully when we set the categories for the whole company, hopefully the problems won't come back again. I think it might have something do also with delegated mailboxes but all people using them have all the rights. We're using the legacy Outlook while the new Outlook does show only a very few of our IMAP folders Hopefull you can help us out here, thanks!42Views0likes3CommentsHelp to reset Multi-Factor Authentication settings

Hello, Is anyone else experiencing "We are preparing a mailbox for this user" for a newly created account in the admin center of office 365? We are experiencing this behavior for both in-cloud accounts and AD-sync accounts. We have been seeing this message for close to 24 hours for newly created accounts. We have tried deleting the account, removing from deleted users, re-adding the account, reassigning a license, creating a cloud account and assigning a license. All are giving the same message when a new mailbox is provisioned. We have a current trouble ticket opened with microsoft but haven't heard back. Any help is appreciated.48KViews0likes8CommentsHide Integrated Apps in Office 365 Portal / My Apps
Hi, I've been trying to hide all integrated / available apps in the Office 365 portal for our users (https://www.microsoft365.com/m365apps/apps?auth=2) (Get more apps) I only found the option to require an admin to install those apps (so that users won't be able to use them if they are not assigned to them). (M365 Admin Center => Settings = Integrated Apps => Available Apps => Gearwheel Icon right => "Only Admins can install apps for users"). I've also disabled almost all apps (all third-party-apps, all user-created apps and almost all Microsoft apps) in the Teams Admin Center and disabled users from seeing those apps in teams (seehttps://www.loebmann.tech/disable-teams-app-user-requests/) However, the apps tile and the apps still show up in the Office 365 portal for all users. For most of the apps, when you click on them, it says that the app is not available. We still would like to hide those apps or the apps tile completely. Is there any way to hide those apps or even the Apps tile in the Office 365 portal? Best regards RobertSolved15KViews0likes4CommentsPortal homepage problems with Safari

Hi team. Can I get the current DirSync (AAD Connect) status from API call? - We would like to monitor synchronisation delay between on-premisses and Office365. I'm wondering we can consume a public API instead of parsing admin home page. Regards, Davi1.9KViews0likes2Comments
