Hi , I have configured the sales copilot add-in but the only feature is see is linking and creating contact in Dynamics 365. Email drafting, opportunity summary and other features are not coming up in Outlook add-in

Non Profit Plan - Basic License for Donor Management
Hi, We are an approved non profit organization and purchased pre-requisite licensing for Dynamics 365 Sales to run donor management.But now when we go to solutions hub , we are getting error that licenses are required. Are we missing any additional setup or purchase for this?
