Re: sales copilot saleforce integration queries
Please refer to the documentation on Copilot for Sales architecture for detailed information on how data is handled: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-sales-copilot/architecture 1. You can configure which Salesforce data is relevant for Copilot for Sales. The copilot will access only the relevant information. And access is always performed 'on behalf of' the logged in user. So, if a user does not have access to certain data in Salesforce, they wont be able to access that through Copilot for Sales either. 2, 3. Please refer to the architecture document. , Sales Copilot never copies any of your organization’s data or end-user data outside the boundaries of your tenant1.9KViews0likes0CommentsRe: Sales Copilot Error Syncing Outlook Emails and Meetings
Lindskg: Are you connected to Dynamics 365 from Sales Copilot? Sales Copilot requires server-side synchronization to be turned on for saving emails / meetings to Dynamics 365 to work. The error you shared seems to be from server-side sync and requires that your email address be approved by an admin for use. Please refer to this page for details on what is causing the issue and resolutionhttps://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/troubleshooting-monitoring-server-side-synchronization#email-address-requires-approval-by-microsoft-365-administrator. Please let know if your issue is not resolved after taking the guidance in the article shared above. Hey PrashMirj, This is likely due to the the length of fields in in the meeting in Exchange exceeding the length allowed in Dynamics 365. Is the meeting description or title longer than is typical? Thanks, Bharath Varadarajan Product Manager, Microsoft Sales CopilotRe: Sales CoPilot - Email Attachments dont appear in timeline when saving the email to D365 from Outlook
Hey Aysen, Sales Copilot does not save attachments to CRM when an email is saved. This is a known limitation in the app today. This is in our roadmap and we expect to get to it in a future release (but no dates to share yet.) Thanks, Bharath Varadarajan Product Manager, Microsoft Sales Copilot2.7KViews0likes7Comments
