Re: MFA | "Don't ask again for 14 days" is grayed out
This may be related to Chrome holding on to cached cookies. Incognito mode does not use cookies. If the user has already accepted the option "Don't ask again", this may gray out the option. After the user authenticates, do they still have to provide MFA? Hopefully this is not too late. This is not a good link for the technical aspect but, for many common users that are not really familiar with the difference I suggest it. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/training The link will allow them to get a good general overview of what office 365 is and entails. Would Microsoft consider having Yammer, SharePoint, OneDrive, Stream as elective certifications? In large organizations the technical knowledge is still necessary especially during the implementation and adoption stages. Perhaps they may even have a place in specialty certifications. I know the teamwork certification use to exists and no longer does.
