Definitely recognize that SMBs are critical, and Copilot will be available to SMB customers in the future. Without knowing specifics, you may have been one of those. In short, yes, Microsoft 365 Copilot does what you're describing as an in-app experience directly integrated into the various Microsoft 365 apps and services, and beyond just querying SharePoint.
