Thanks,StevenV85 Switching back to the old look did remove the error message and Sales Copilot started working fine. When I switched back to the new look and immediately tried, the Copilot would hang on starting (without showing an error). After a system restart, the error message in the new look came back.

I have the same problem. Works well on the web (browser) but fails in the new Outlook desktop app on Windows 11. It worked for a while and now shows the error. Removing and re-adding my work account did not help. SamJar
