Salesforce agent copilot chat window - how to implement?
check out this "agent copilot" chat window inside of salesforce: i got this screenshot from our Microsoft sme - but in turn i have yet to receive any step-by-step on how to enable this in our salesforce cloud or if this agent copilot chat window is even possible? as there is no Microsoft article i can find describing this. even talked to the SME that gave the screenshot and all she sent was article on how to setup copilot sales in outlook and teams. so i ask this community - have you seen this salesforce copilot chat window and how do you implement this??Re: new users cannot sign into salesforce - power platform error
so i end up deleting our msdyn_viva power platform environment (which was auto-created in USA region). get a net new user to reattempt login and they can see the salesforce login screen now - great...NO. old existing sales copilot salesforce users now cant login...only new users who never used sales copilot can login. On top of that the new power platform environment created itself in Canada region. The power platform trial environment was create by first user, its there "msdyn_viva". new users that were added with licenses cant login to salesforce - it gives error saying it cant create the trial power platform environment. - they are not suppose to be creating a new environment, its already there we have users using sales copilot fine for last 2 months.. why is it that these net new users are attempting to create a new power platform during sign in? the only change was Microsoft change our license to be displayed as "DO NOT USE - Microsoft Sales Copilot"...why would Microsoftput this in the licenses name; there is no other changes in our environment..Re: DLP POlicy changes not getting saved
Dean_Grossim seeing the same behavior today june 8 2022. i go into my dlp policy enable some rules inside the policy > save and accept everything looks fine ..but if i go back into the dlp policy to confirm...the rules are not enabled! tried multiple times, multiple admin accounts, multiple PCs....Microsoft what is going on??
