How to Subscribe:
- An Identity Card (An Identity Card without a picture is not accepted). If holding an ID with an old photo you need to get a copy of the ID along with a copy of a valid passport or civil record (not more than 3 months old).
- A valid passport.
- A valid passport showing an entry visa or equivalent, each as per his/her nationality.
- A valid Residence Permit.
You need to complete the following when requesting a postpaid line:
For Individuals:
- Cash deposit or Bank Direct Debit (For categorized numbers, the BDD should be issued in the name of the line holder or a direct family member)
For Companies:
- Circular and a commercial registration
- Company by Laws نظام تأسيسي
- The MOF registration certificate شهادة تسجيل لدى وزارة المالية stating the company’s registration number
- Delegation form when assigning someone on the company's behalf
Need to Know
1. When using your line for the first time, insert the SIM card into your handset and switch it on. If prompted for a PIN code, enter 0000#. For security reasons, it is recommended to modify the default PIN code from your handset.
2. You can pay your bill:
- Via a Bank Direct Debit
- Online with Bill e-pay service via touch self-care app (go to Current Balance then click on Pay My Bill) or via touch website (go to "My touch" then "My Usage" and click on "Pay my bill").
- At any touch store
3. To manage your line services, login to my touch or download touch self-care app.
