Duty drawback

Certain rules of origin contain a provision that restricts the use of duty drawback schemes on the materials imported for production of the goods.

Duty drawback is a refund of payments originally made upon importation of goods; these payments could have been for customs duties, taxes or other charges.

You will need to check the specific conditions on this point, which are contained in the origin protocol of the relevant trade agreement.
