Latvia’s current account deficit widened to EUR 52 million in October of 2024 from EUR 42 million in the same month last year. The goods gap increased to EUR 309 million from EUR 226 million in the previous year, while the services surplus narrowed to EUR 162 million from EUR 173 million. Additionally, the secondary income surplus fell to EUR 30 million from EUR 69 million.
