The slowdown was attributed to easing inflation for metal products, machinery, and equipment (2.89% vs. 4.50%), along with slight moderation in agriculture, forestry, and fishery products (4.23% vs. 4.28%) and food, beverages, tobacco, textiles, and leather products (6.05% vs. 6.10%). Moreover, prices dropped for minerals, electricity, gas, and water (-2.94% vs. 4.69% in November), while the pace of decline slowed for other transportable goods (-2.04% vs. -5.64%).
