Additionally, prices moderated for alcoholic drinks and tobacco (3.3% vs 3.9%), recreation and culture (5.5% vs 6.1%), education (9.2% vs 9.3%), restaurants and hotels (6.8% vs 7%), and miscellaneous goods and services (3.1% vs 3.3%). On the other hand, costs increased at a faster pace for housing and utilities (10.1% vs 9.9%) and health (5.5% vs 5.3%).
